This advertising lighter is not dated but it is old. It is made of an unknown silver colored metal and it comes apart in three sections. The bottle has a label all the way around. The front has the whiskey label and the back has a world map showing the whisky being shipped from Canada to all parts of the world. Besides the label or band, it is marked as follows: KEMCO
