| There are four pictures showing a view of all (6) Old Movie Theatre Popcorn Promotional Items With Marilyn Monroe in this lot. In the first picture there is an 8" x 10" glossy promotional photograph and two Trading cards of Marilyn Monroe. The other three pictures are computer print outs of photos pertaining to the promotion that the photo and cards are from. The three printouts are included in the lot but are not photos. They are for reference to show where the items in the first picture came from. Each pictures a movie theater concession stand that contain elements of this movie star trading card promotion. None of the items here are dated, but with a little research you can date them somewhere in the 1950's. The photograph of Marilyn in a bathing suit on a diving board is also on one of the cards. This same photograph can be seen on the sign that is in front of the concession stand in the second picture. The right trading card pictures Marilyn in a dress. It is marked on the front as follows: MARILYN MONROE - #3 The left trading card pictures her as seen in the large photo. It is marked on the front and back as follows: MARILYN MONROE #3

TORONTO On the print out pictures there are other movie star cards and pictures from the promotion. I am not sure how many cards were in these sets, but a non-sports card collector might know. The cards each measure about 2-3/4" x 3-1/2". The items are in mint condition. |
