The picture shows all (19) Small Ski & Skiing Related Items in this lot. There is an unused 1950 Bridge Score advertising premium booklet from North Side Savings Bank of New York City. There is a 1956 tag from the United States Eastern Amateur Ski Association. It is for Jump and Cross Country combined. It is from the Belknap Mountain area of Laconia - Gilford, New Hampshire. There is some old tape on it as pictured. There is an unused cloth patch with a skull and crossed skis. It reads: "NO GUTS - NO GLORY - SQUAW VALLEY".There is a brass coin. On one side it has an mage of a skier and it reads: "WINTER SKI TRAILS - LAKE GEORGE VILLAGE, N.Y." The other side has an image of an old motorboat and sailboat with mountains in the background. That side reads: "I HAVE CLIMBED PROSPECT MOUNTAIN" It is in near mint condition. Next there are (4) advertising drink swizzle stick / stirrers. They are in the shape of skis. (3) of them are from "LOST VALLEY SKI AREA - AUBURN, MAINE" and one is from "BRETTON WOODS RESORT" of N.H.. The very tip of the red one is broken off. There is a brass key ring marked: "SKI UTAH - GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH". Next is a carved and painted wooden disk. It has a raised image of a skier and trees. The front reads: "SENTIERS GRANDES PRAIRIES - ST-ROMUALD" The back is stamped: "ALBERT NADEAU, INC. ST-JEAN PORT - JOLI (418)598-6115" Next is a 1940's metal coated gum ball machine charm. It has skis and ski poles. The last (8) items in this lot are all pins. One had gotten in this lot by mistake, but it will remain. It is a Hockey pin from the Vancouver Canucks. Of the others, one is a brass pin from "SQUAW VALLEY". There are two different "ESSC JUNIOR SKI PROGRAM" pins. There is another brass one marked "VILLA BELLEVUE SKI SCHOOL MT. TREMBLANT - ECOLE DE SKI". There is a large pinback button with skier wearing a helmet, one simply marked "REACH FOR THE PEAK", and the last one in this lot is marked "SKI NITE THURSDAYS - CHEVY'S". All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the old bridge score booklet measures 3-3/4" x 6". These items range from very good to mint condition. |
