This drink mix was a lesser known version of Kool-Aid or Funny Face drink mixes. Each 5 cent packet made one quart of drink. The box opens and folds at the top (as pictured) to form a store shelf display. Three sides are stamped ''ASSORTED''. It is unknown how many packets were originally in the display. The packets included are (6) Grape, (4) Orange, (3) Cherry, and (8) Strawberry. The box and the packets each picture a clown and the box is marked as follows: PRE-SWEETENED COLLINS JOLLY AID SOFT DRINKS ASSORTED A 5c PACKAGE MAKES 1 QUART To judge the sizes the box (as pictured) measures 8-3/4'' x 7-1/2'' x 3''. It is in over all good condition. One tab from the cover has come off but it is inside the box. It appears that a packet had leaked at one time and it made dark spots on some of the packets and in the bottom of the box. See the left side of the Strawberry packets. It still displays nicely as pictured. |
