All of them are marked ''JAPAN''. They are hand painted and each over them have eyes with a tiny moving metal ball inside. These type charms were used as a premium or prize on liquor bottles, beer bottles, bread wrappers, as carnival prizes, and sold in different old novelty catalogs.
