Included in this lot are the following items: The first item is a leather ID wallet with an identification receipt. The ID has the Elks emblem, a (48) star American flag and an embossed stamp. ELKS NO. 341 THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT BRO. W. H. W. BARLETT HAS PAID DUES TO APRIL 1929 AND AT THE DATE OF ISSUING THIS CARD WAS IN GOOD STANDING IN SAID LODGE DATED 8 DAY OF NOVEMBER 1928 MEMBER'S NUMBER 528 E. DEAN NELSON (signed) SECRETARY W. H. W. BARLETT (signed) NOT VALID UNLESS SIGNED BY THE MEMBER TO WHOM THIS CARD IS ISSUED 1928 – 29 There is a large colorful Elks emblem jacket patch. There is a set of (2) cufflinks, (2) neck tie bars, (3) different pins, and a necklace pendant or charm. One pin and the charm are from the ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION.
