Gum Ball Machine   Prize   Toy   Miniature   Novelty   Display   Sign
The picture shows this 1960's - 1970's Gumball Machine Prize Display Card. This was used in old gum ball machines to intice children (but most likely parents) out of their pocket change. The items on the header card were supposedly what you might get from the machine. This 5 cent display has (11) items. They are each a charm on a vinyl cord necklace. included are the following:

AFRICAN MASK
FLICKER / LENTICULAR WATCH
TWO HEADED ALIEN
HOT DOG IN A BUN
SWAN
HAMBURGER
EGGS IN A FRYING PAN
GREEN MONKEY
CAMEO
PINK CREATURE ? WHITE CREATURE

To judge the sizes the display itself measures 5-1/4" x 7-1/4". It is in mint condition with the original shrink wrapping. There is one exception, the White Creature (lower left) is coming loose from the card because of the tight shrink wrap. This particular creature charm has eyes that Pop Out when it is tipped.
