| | | | The pictures show two views of this Old U.S. Navy Sailor S.S. Shore Leave Novelty Incline Ramp Walker Mechanical Toy. This ramp walker is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. The maker is unknown but it was made in the United States. It has two cartoon character looking Navy Sailors in uniform and carrying sea or duffle bags. There is a life preserver in between them. It is made of painted white hard plastic with yellow plastic legs. It is marked on each side as follows: S.S. SHORE LEAVE
MADE IN U.S.A. The toy ramp walker measures about 2-5/8'' tall. It works well wobbling and looking like drunken Sailors when walking. It appears to be in good condition with some over all light wear or scuff marks from use as pictured. |
