This button is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. It is made of a silver colored metal but it has not been tested for silver. There appears to be a small asian stamping on the back. The button is enameled in dark blue. It is in the shape of a ship's helm or wheel with an anchor in the center. It is marked as follows: INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF PORTS AND HARBORS IAPH The screw back button measures about 3/4'' wide. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured.
