These caps are from Mattel, Inc. of Hawthorne, California, U.S.A.. The caps inside contain less than .20 grains per cap. The unopened box measures 4-1/4'' x 2-1/2'' x 1''. It appears to be in mint unopened and unused condition as pictured. |
