The picture shows all (8) Old Real Photo Post Cards in this lot. These picture individual people and families. The first one has an image of what appear to be a ship Captain. He is in uniform and on a ship deck. This unused card has some cracking and soiling. The second one is unused. It has two women posing in fancy dresses and large necklaces. The condition is excellent, but there are corner indents from being in a frame or album. The next one is of a Husband, Wife, & baby. It doesnŐt actually have the post card marking on the back, but the back is marked: "Omni, Delia, Henry Mikel (?) 1919 Peabody, Mass.". The next one is simple. It pictures a man in a coat and hat. It was probably taken as a souvenir somewhere. Next is one of another family, Wife, Husband, and Daughter. This one has an emossed photographer name: "R. Kautts - Fitchburg, Mass.". The sixth one has a posed image of a Husband & Wife. The seventh one has a posed image of a Husband, Wife and baby. The last one in this lot has an image of a man in an old automobile. It is not addressed or postmarked, but it has a message on the image side that reads: "Best Wishes to Edith - Elvin - and all the family - Bertraw dec. 25, 1919.". To judge the sizes they measure around 3-3/8" x 5-3/8". These vary from good to excellent condition with overall soiling and wear on some. |
