The book has 408 pages that are loaded with World War II pictures. It was published by Wm. H. Wise & Co., Inc. of New York. On both covers is a gold embossed design. The front has the Iwo Jima flag raising image and reads "IN TRIUMPH SHALL WAVE". The back design is of a sword and a feather and it reads "FOR CONQUER WE MUST". The title page reads: BATTLE STATIONS!
