The picture below shows a larger view of this Boxed Models of All Nations Nude Risque Women Playing Card Deck. Shown is the card back design, a wolf Artist Joker, the Joker Title card, the box, and some sample cards from the deck with different women. This standard card set is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. The card set was made in the U.S.A. and was from Novelties Manufacturing & Sales Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri. The card faces picture (52) different images of nude or naked women posing with a prop or two representing a different world nation or nationality. The cards have a “Felix Ghid (?) Jr.” facsimile printed signature. The card back design (and the box back) features a winking wolf in a top hat, an Eskimo woman in a kayak, a Japanese woman with a parasol, a Native American woman with a bow & arrow, and a Polynesian or Hawaiian woman with a hula or grass skirt. The box front pictures a banner with women posing going around an Earth globe with stars all around. The colorful cards each measure 2-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. The complete deck of cards appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. The box also appears to be mint, and there is no sign of a tax stamp ever being on it. |
