The picture below shows larger outside and inside views of these Colorful Old Unused Town Talk Bread Advertising Premium Finger Nail Emeryettes Emery Boards. This advertising premium is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s. It is what looks like a matchbook. Instead of matches there are (8) small unused emeryboards or emery-ettes as they call them. It is a handy pack to keep in a purse to work on your finger nails or a broken nail. The outside is red, white, and blue and it pictures a loaf of Town Talk bread. It is marked on the two sides as follows: QUALITY… HAS MADE TOWN TALK “THE FINEST BREAD IN TOWN!” BEST BY PROTIEN TEST TOWN TALK BREAD “TOAST OF THE TOWN” EACH POUND OF TOWN TALK BREAD CONTAINS THE NONFAT MILK SOLIDS OF A 7 OUNCE GLASS OF MILK “EMERY-ETTES” “EMERY-ETTES” CUB PRODUCTS CORP. 250 W 57th ST., N.Y. 19, N.Y.
