The first one pictures two old shoes and has raised lettering on both sides reading: "TILTON & HANSON - MASONIC BLOCK"
The second one has raised lettering that reads: "W.L. DOUGLAS SHOE CO."
Third there is another advertising one. On one side it has a nice raised geometric design and the other side reads: "M. ECKHAUS & SON, SHOES - 74 MAIN ST. PATTERSON, N.J.
The fourth one has no markings. It has a handle that appears to be of celluloid or bakelite, but I'm not certain. The fifth one in this lot is another advertising premium. It has raised lettering that reads: "STATES BRAND - LEOPOLD MORSE & CO."
The last one is tiny and has two hooks. It has recessed lettering that reads: "MARVETTE - SGDG"
To judge the sizes the longest one measures 5-7/16" long. The conditions vary from good to near mint.
