The picture shows a view of this Unused 1970s Numismatic Clock with United States Eisenhower Dollar Coin with all the original paperwork in this lot. The box is also included (not pictured) but it has old water damage. This clock is not dated, but it is from the 1970s. The patent was filed for this clock in 1966 and it was issued in 1969. This particular clock has a mint uncirculated 1971-D Eisenhower dollar sealed inside, so we are guessing that it was from that year. Included in this lot is the original instruction sheet, inspection tag, and an unused numbered warranty card. The clock has a wooden holder inside with the dollar coin sandwiched between plexiglas. on the back is a plexiglas easel section to stand up and the battery operated clock. It is marked on the back, on the wooden interior as follows: MODEL NO. 29 WAL. U.S. PATENT D213,843 CANADA 244/30891 M. K. SUMMERS RD 1968 OTHER COUNTRIES PATS. PEND. To judge the sizes the clock face measures 7-1/2'' x 4-1/8''. The clock is in mint condition, the coin is uncirculated, and the paperwork has some fading on one as pictured. As stated above, the original box and packaging are included but they have water spotting and soiling from handling. |
