| | | | The picture shows a view of all (5) Old Egyptienne Straights Cigarettes Advertising Premium Silk Flags in this lot. These were included in packs of cigarettes. They are not dated but they are believed to be from the early 1900s. Each has a different colorful country flag, the country name, and they are marked EGYPTIENNE STRAIGHTS CIGARETTES at the bottom and a few are marked ''FACTORY NO.2153 THIRD DIST., N.Y.'' at the top. We do not know how many different flags were in the set. Included in this lot are the following: Turkey Merchant Flag

Russia The tobacco silks each measure about 2'' x 3-1/4''. They appear to be in good to excellent condition as pictured. The Nicaragua silk has a little scrap book paper on the back, from being in a scrapbook at some point and the Austria silk has some soiling. |
