The picture shows three views of this 1994 Tekno Comix Advertising Premium Secret Compartment Toy Ring. This ring is not dated but it is believed to be from 1994 and given as a premium to promote Teckno Comix. It is made of metal and has a hinged lid to reveal a secret compartment. On the top is a hand with the letter ''T''. The ring is adjustible. To judge the size the ring face measures about 7/8'' tall. It is in mint condition as pictured. Below here is some information found online about Tekno Comix:

Tekno Comix
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tekno Comix published comic books between 1995 and 1997. The company was founded by Laurie Silvers and Mitchell Rubenstein (best known for developing the American Sci Fi Channel) as a division of their publicly traded company, Big Entertainment. The Tekno Comix brand was discontinued in 1997, though books featuring the same characters continued were published with Big Entertainment branding for the rest of that year.
