FANEUIL HALL 1742 To judge the sizes the larger cards measure 3-1/2'' x 5-1/4''. All of these awards are in mint unused condition except the one with a ship. Participants typically walk 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) on an outdoor path. Volksmarch associations offer incentive awards (usually medals, pins, and patches) for collecting a certain number of events. Volkssport participants enjoy recording distances and event participation in international record books. Less frequently used terms are Volkswanderung and Volkswalk.
