| The pictures below shows larger views of all (7) 1955 New York Traveling Tourist & Travel Agent Related Items in this lot. These items are from a trip from Rochester, New Hampshire to New York City and back. The trip was to visit the United Nations Building and features at the Rockefeller Centre. The Travel Agent was Colpitts Tourist Company of Boston, Massachusetts. Included here are (3) letters from them with two of them being on nice graphic stationery with a train, a bus, an airplane, and an ocean liner or cruise ship. There is a dated envelope, a ticket folder (tickets were used), a Taft Hotel bill / receipt from New York City, and a ''American Association For The United Nations Guided Tour'' Advertising tin tab button. All of these 1955 items for one price! To judge the sizes the letters each measure about 8-1/2'' x 11''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint condition as pictured. They have folds for mailing as made. The envelope was opened on the right side, and the tin tab button was bent once when used. The tickets are no longer in the folder because they had been used. |
