The pictures show views of the (2) 1939 - 1940 New York World's Fair Advertising Souvenir Playing Card Decks Case & More in this lot. Also included is a U.S. Playing Card Company advertising card, and an old advertising pencil that was found in the case.

The two card decks are complete and each has a Joker card. The decks are identical except the orange and blue colors on the back are reversed. Each Joker and Ace of Spades picture the Fair's Trylon & Perisphere. The case appears to be textured leather. It has holders for both card decks, a score pad or card, and a pencil.

Included is an advertising card for the U.S. Playing Card Company. On the other side there are points for Auction Bridge (revised 1926) and Game of Five Hundred (Avondale Schedule). The pencil that is included is marked ''LET'S PLAY CARDS - BY EMPIRE''.

To judge the sizes the cards measure 2-1/4'' x 3-1/2''. Over all the set appears to be in good condition. The decks are complete but they are well worn from use. The pencil is good and the advertising card looks to be excellent. The leather case is well worn and the metal snap has separated from one side as pictured but it is still there.
