| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Unused Planter's Peanuts Mr. Peanut Advertising Premium Lithographed Tin Serving Bowl Set. The bowls are not dated but they are old. There was a set like this made for the 1939 - 1940 New York World's Fair. This is a set that was most likely a mail away premium. Each bowl has an image of Mr. Peanut surrounded by peanuts. These were made in the U.S.A.. The backs have a design with circles, flowers, and leaves. The larger bowl measures 6'' wide and the smaller bowls are each 3'' wide. The small bowls in the set are in mint unused condition as pictured. The larger bowl is unused as well but there is a small amount of minor wear from manufacturing on the edge. |
