The picture below shows a larger view of all (11) Small Old Game or Gambling Dice Items in this lot. This is an accumulated lot with a variety of items. These items are not dated and the years that they are from are unknown. The largest item in this lot is a clear plastic or lucite cub with a bubble inside. The bubble holds two miniature dice. This was a souvenir from Atlantic City, New Jersey. It could be used to gamble or as a small paperweight. It has a chip on one corner. Next there is a die inside another die. It could be used the same as rolling two dice. There is a miniature pair of dice in a clear dome. The may have been attached to something larger at one time. There is a die with a wire handle. We do not know what this was made for. Next is a single pierced earring. It has a clear die with different colored painted dots. There are (2) sets of pierced earrings. One set has a single die for each ear and the other (carded) set has a pair of dice for each ear. The last (4) items in this lot are all prized that were used in 1950s gumball machines. Three of them are dice toy rings, and one is a charm with a pair of dice. All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the Atlantic City cube measures about 1-5/8'' x 1-5/8'' x 1-5/8''. These items appear to range from excellent to mint condition as pictured. As mentioned above, the cube has a chip on one corner. |
